I like commonality and consistency. Maybe the home depot I normally go to is the odd one out, but it felt like many things were in different places at this location. That had everything I came for. Checkout was quick. But I found the store hard to navigate. Lots of product in the aisles and main walkways. it just seemed messy and cluttered. for that reason alone I dropped a star.

highly suggest corporate review the footage from around 9:00 PM regarding Brittany’s interaction with me. I was referred by the price match phone support line to come into the store and purchase a lawn mower using the approved price match. After emailing the link and receiving confirmation from corporate that the item qualified, I went to Home Depot to complete the purchase. The cashier and several other staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, Brittany was very hostile and rude during the interaction. If she simply did not have the authority to complete the price match, I would completely understand and would not be upset. However, the issue was the way the situation was handled. She initially stated that the listing did not provide the engine size information. After I showed her that the engine size was in fact listed and matched, she then changed the reason and stated it had to be from a brick-and-mortar store — which it was. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, as the experience was unnecessarily frustrating despite following the exact instructions provided by the price match department.

About half of the products I purchased broke down prematurely. To get them to honor their warranty is like pulling teeth. At this point, I have stopped shopping there and would rather go to Menards or Lowes. They're just not worth the headache when their poorly made products breakdown. Products in the pictures have either been repaired or I'm still trying to get them repaired even though I purchased warranties. None of these items made it to a year without breaking down..
